Our company is authorized by the Indonesian Consulate General, Hong Kong to renew passports for Indonesian domestic helpers.

Work Visa / Passport Renewal

• All overseas domestic workers must hold a valid passport to work in Hong Kong. If the domestic helper’s passport is about to expire, he/she must submit an application for renewal at least forty-five days before the expiration date.
• The fee for work visa and passport renewal services is only HK$1,000 (including the work visa fee from the Hong Kong Immigration Department), but does not include the passport renewal fee.

One-Month Work Visa Extension Procedure

• If the employer wishes to extend the domestic helper’s contract by one month upon the completion of a two-year term, our company can assist in processing the work visa extension. The fee is only HK$1,200, which includes the extension fee of the employment service contract and the work visa fee from the Hong Kong immigration Department.
